Connect and Paint

Dr. Tracey J. will take the participants on a journey into their heart, to encounter and experience the power of love from the inside out. She will guide participants to identify the primary layer of love that is blocked in their hearts. They will tap into their hearts’ creative power to experience unconditional love from within. In the process, they will create a flow art masterpiece, which will be a lasting reminder of their experience.

Each participant will be given a heart-shaped canvas on which to write her intention. Then they will paint, using the flow art method, allowing the energy of their heart to direct the process. The flow art painting method allows even non-artists to create masterpieces
